As In the Heart of Man: Arlington Garden, Pasadena

A friend today reminded me of Arlington Garden in Pasadena, California, a 3-acre public park featuring multiple climate-appropriate habitats, such as oak and citrus groves, desert and Mediterranean gardens, and a pomegranate amphitheater. It also has a central terrace with trees covered in wishes and prayers written on scraps of whatever seemed to be on hand.

"...for my friends to have a better path in life. I also pray my [scratched out 'depression'] insecurities can go away someday."

"Wish to spend the rest of My life with Anali Rozales  - and Money"

and as in the heart of every man:

"WISH FOR STUFF TO WORK OUT."

Certainly his whole life points to the same conclusion, but in case there was any doubt: a man who tears up at the thought of a saffron jersey dress, worn at the right moment, could only be a mystic.
